PROFILE
Born in 1988 in Schweinfurt, Germany.
My identity is a blend of German structure and Turkish warmth — born in one culture, shaped by both.
I spent most of my life in Germany, where I built not only my personal foundations but also my professional career. For nearly five years, I worked in the fields of marketing consulting and employment services — supporting individuals through career transitions and helping organizations grow strategically. These experiences shaped my passion for human development, communication, and purposeful change.
In 2023, driven by a desire to expand my perspective and gain international experience, I made the leap to Canada. I settled in Kitchener, Ontario, where I worked as an Employment Coach closely with diverse jobseekers — including newcomers, youth, and individuals facing employment barriers — helping them find clarity, build confidence, and take the next step forward.
A short while ago, I relocated once again — this time to Buffalo, New York — where I currently serve as a College Guidance Counselor at a local high school. In this role, I support students in discovering their strengths, setting meaningful goals, and navigating their journey beyond graduation.
Overall, for over ten years, I have been supporting people in their change processes through coaching and counseling.
Outside of my professional life, I find creative balance in music. For over 25 years, I have been playing mainly the Turkish guitar (Saz/Bağlama) and in addition various oriental instruments such as Buzuq, Cümbüş, Dombra, Kanun, Ney, Ud and Utar.
Music, like my work, is a language of emotion, expression, and connection. I believe in curiosity, courage, and continuous learning — and in the power of authentic human connection to create meaningful change.
